This website was created by Hal Taylor and Parker Converse to offer a limited line of excellent woodworking products which we both use in our shops and highly recommend to other woodworkers who are looking for quality, shop tested products.Right now we are primarily offering products that cater to chair makers but over time we hope to develop this site into a fuller and more complete line of woodworking tools, hardware, abrasives and books.

Both of us are accomplished woodworkers and craftsmen and derive our principal income from our woodworking shops. Between us we have experience as chair makers, furniture makers, instrument makers, boat building and finish carpentry. Every product on this site we use in our own shops and believe these products strike an excellent balance between quality, longevity, effectiveness and price.
